Outdated Phaser docs, "Phaser.TimeManager"

In the documentation (http://docs.phaser.io/), Phaser.Game.time is referring to Phaser.TimeManager. As is Phaser.State.time

 

If I'm not mistaken Phaser.TimeManager no longer exists, and these are actually Phaser.Time now.

 

The outdated reference also exists in the comments of phaser.js, lines 13136 and 18221

 

I don't really know how to send changes for approval, and I didn't want to break anything that wasn't mine.. so I figured I'd make this topic.

 

I know this is a minor thing, but it was a little confusing when I came to it looking for the right method to call and finding out TimeManager didn't actually exist.
