Control touch (pointer) sensitivity

Hi,

I tried to look in the documentation and also in this forum history and couldn't find a decent topic about it.

 

What is the best way (if any) to control the touch (pointer) velocity?

For example, I'm using this pages plugin and i'de like to have the ability to swipe faster with my finger.

 

Any idea?
