ivanix
Hello all, Just wondering, with Phaser 2.1+ taking front stage, is anyone planning to stay on 2.0.7? Any advice under what situations this would be a better strategy? Cheers!
lewster32
I don't see any major problems upgrading to 2.1; the API has only changed minimally and should be easy to fix - certainly it's not anywhere near as big an update as going from 1.x to 2.x
rich
If you're already part way through building something on 2.0.x and it doesn't use P2, then I'd say just stay there and finish it off. If it does use P2 then bite the bullet early and upgrade sooner rather than later, as there are loads of P2 specific fixes in 2.1.
Lutcikaur
I'm staying with 2.0.5 for right now, because there seems to be odd slowdowns when too many sprites are on the screen in 2.1.1. The framerate is fine but everything is at a snails pace.
wayfinder
For what it's worth, I use P2 and I had to change exactly two lines after switching to 2.1.
