Group as one

Hi friends, I have a group for my main player, this group have inside 4 sprites, one for the body, one for the eyes, one for the mouth and one particle emitter, this works great. My issue begins with the collisions, every sprite is colliding individually, what I need is enable body in the group as one big sprite... is this possible? Or what could be the best approach? Thank you so much.

just to understand you better..   how exactly does this player look like.. why do you need the eyes and the mouth to collide?  isn't the physics shape of the players body covering up all the others?  like if i paint a circle around my head - eyes and mouth would be inside that circle.. so checking collision against this circle would be sufficient...
