Can I use Phaser.js to build a website?

I am thinking to build a website with Phaser.js. The basic concept is more like Mario game, the player jumps around the platforms and enters to the next map when reaches the goal object ( like gate), anything similar website already  made for references?

Are you saying you want to build a website where the user navigates the site by controlling a character who walks between pages?

If so, then to answer your question:

Can you? Probably.

Should you? No.

Even if you found users who wanted to navigate a website by playing a game, you would have a hard time creating and rendering content with Phaser. It would just be very time-consuming, and the quality of the site would almost certainly be lesser than that of a plain HTML page.

I've seen something close to that used by Phaser Editor.
