How to handle user input?

Does Phaser have any functions to easy handling user input (text for login, password, for instance)?

Pretty sure it doesn't, as Rich once said something about not listening to all keys by default, which is the reason for the keyboard.addKey function.

No there's nothing built-in for this at the moment. I sort of half understand the need for it, and half think it should be handled by the DOM alone
