Howdy all

 

Here is my first completed Phaser game. Yay.

 

Shape Tower

Its a casual/simple game, the goal is to build your tower of shapes as high as possible.

One touch/click controls, works on mobiles.

Nice game. It'd like to let blocks fall at the birds   Maybe you build more of this gimmicks into your game. Also, it would be a good idea to speed up the game a bit (increase fall-speed of the blocks). This way it get more traction.

Heheh, yeah when my nephew played it (age: 7) he said "I feel sorry for the birds" when he would hit them. It was pretty funny.

Yeah, build more such fun things it and you have an outstanding point for your game. Or let the birds behave in different ways when being hit, like looking angry, flying fast off the screen etc. I am sure your nephew will also like it (and me too)

I'll be looking at revisiting the idea in future, maybe for a "Shape Tower 2".

My focus with this game was to keep the features down, avoid scope creep, and take it all the way to completion!

Last few games blew out in scope, never got finished and never saw the light of day, so I was very much of a mind to avoid that this time.
