On clicking the View button, it pulls protein data from the European Protein Data Bank in PDB format and renders out its atoms. Each protein is identifiable by a PDB ID. Use mouse wheel to zoom in and out, click and drag to rotate. Btw, this is a great HTML5 game dev web site. Not too many like it on the web currently and yours is certainly a pioneer.
