FrameData.getFrameIndexes and getFrameIndexesByName refactored into a more versatile getFrames function.Various fixes to looping parameters in the Sound system.Documentation started across most classes. Keep track of progress in the Docs folder.Optimised AnimationManager.add so it will only get the required frames rather than all of them and is now faster at parsing the frame data.Fixed Phaser.Text and Phaser.BitmapText so they now render correctly and added several Text examples.
