CocoonJS Canvas+ Support

Ok, if you did a forum search we already talked about this.  I modified hand to work with canvas+ back in 2015.   I know it worked.  Am off of Canvas+.  No Audio API, no worker threads.  Suspect once that WebGL 2.0 is available widely on mobile that it is not going to be on Canvas+.  As XDK has moved away from apps, will still be using Webview+ if any app store implementations.

That worked! Thank you!! I was primarily looking into all of the latest versions of everything, as I know that PEP is now the recommended replacement to HandJS. Just trying to futureproof things. But this is working for now.
