We have a support request in with Invision at the moment, asking how we can disable PMs for beginner accounts. Once confirmed we will implement this (you'd think it would be a setting in the admin somewhere, but it's not!) If it happens again please flag it, as the users get automatically blocked if enough people report them and of course the mod team can see the reports and nuke the accounts too.
