When ya first look at this thing, ya think... yeah, it's rotating.


But no.  It's live-updating the Y-positions for its vertexData!  A sine wave oscillation is actually 'travelling' through the structure.  Holy crap, Batman!


See?  Amazing genius. 


But I was ready this time, Deltakosh.  I had my drool bucket placed under my chin... before I even looked at your code  :)

I tried a Float32Array version, http://www.babylonjs.com/playground/#BT0OH#6 .  It seemed to perform the same as the original for me.  Does the FPS change up or down compared to the original for anyone else?  I am running from Ubuntu, on Firefox.  I am not completely sold on the OpenGL drivers being as good as NVidia's for Windows.

What's up with the detaching and ataching of the camera? I really don't understand why that is necessary here?
