For now, the developed language is Italian, but internationalization is planned. The game site is univerhosp.variousdom.it I need to find some beta testers to verify the functioning and the response times; I also created a forum with explanations. In the forum everyone can insert ideas, doubts and any information that may be useful for development. The forum is accessible from the game menu.
