Yes, but everything at the right time. The gameplay is currently broken (until next version, hopefully released in one month from now) and there's no online multiplayer, which is more important than animations, hopefully that feature will be added later this year as well. Here's a sample walking animation of Swampler creature http://ancientbeast.com/viewer The project is kinda big, but very modular. That's the opposite reason for not eventually play it xD Haven't played HoMM2 much, but looked into it quite a bit via youtube mostly.
