[PAID]Convert FLASH to HTML5

Hi, I'm looking for a developer who can translate an outdated FLASH game, to HTML5. 
I already have the full game (backend and frontend), but will consider those who can do FULLSTACK (long project). 

The game type is 7PK. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBdOaHvc0WM 

For prototype, only the frontend are needed. The rules are as follows : 
- Total cards are 52 (assets provided in attachment)
- Random 7 cards, best 5 cards out of 7
- Credit increase / decrease upon winning
- Optional consideration : 52 + 2 cards (red + black joker) >>> You will need custom poker hand evaluator
- Deploy
- Link to github 

Those who gives a working PROTOTYPE will be considered more than those whom only reply to bid.

Do you actually need to convert all code and assets?

You can use AwayFL, i guess?
