I almost 5 years created flash games, perhaps it is time for something new.

This forum has been a nice discovery. I'm part of an indie game studio called Octeto Studios and our first 3 projects have been HTML5 games (one original IP and two branded games).
I hope I can contribute to this community.

Hello! My name is Robert, and I have been making my own games for fun for around 5-6 years now. Recently, I got into making HTML5 games with Game Maker: Studio.
I also regularly write in my blog about pretty much everything gaming and game dev related. Check out my blog!
To share my games I created my own video game website called Coded Games (www.codedgames.com). There you can play several of the games I have created, read my blog, and chat with some other gamers in my forum.
Well that is everything important that I have done! Thanks for reading!

Hello I'm MrFlibble78.
I'm quite new too HTML5 development but have created a desktop few games in the last few years, most of them quite well received with the few people that actually played them.
Joined to get some feedback on my creations & hopefully some advice with what to do with them.

Hello - I'm Jerry From London, and I haven't had a drink in over a week.
I'm been developing & drawing in Flash for about 8 years and was JUST getting really good at it when some suggested they were clearing the tables. I tossed a coin between this & Unity and now I'm here - also the portal I work for has brokered a deal with the Booster Media machine who have built us a html5 microsite, so I'm hoping to make some stuff for that.
Everything I tried to do so far has taken me an AGE and has made me long for the warm sofa that is the Flash IDE. Getting something to look half as fancy as even 2010 era Newgrounds top 10 material seems so far out of reach !
But I DO like the speed with which you can test things directly into browser & mobile - that's fricken' GREAT. And I haven't even had a winkle about with Phazer yet, which I am hearing is the bees knees
Anyways , hello to you all, am enjoying rumaging through these forums ver much !

Hey HTML 5 devs!
I've been making flash games for 5 years, and I've decided it's time to make the jump.
Lately I've been working mostly in Typescript and Phaser, as that is pretty close to Flixel, which I've used for numerous non professional projects.
I also do Unity and C#, I was a big fan of XNA and I'm moving towards Monogame.
All the while improving my graphics skills.

I am looking for a reputable state of the art HTML5 Games Portal company to partner with and launch its games with mobile operators on a revenue share basis in the middle east.
Please refer any Russina, Polish, Turkish, Chinese, Indian or Europian companies you might know.
Appreciate your cooperation and response guys.

I started HTML5 game development six months ago at work and learned a lot in this time, since I have never developed any game before. I recently came across this forum and really like your community. And now I joined you
At work I am currently developing a melonJS based platformer game for a client. The game is quite close to be finished. I'll start optimizations and packaging with CocoonJS and node-webkit soon and I am sure I will search for some help in this forum too.
My private plan is to develop another small and cool 2D game with melonJS, since this engine really impressed me so far. But as I also got curious about Phaser I will maybe also try to develop a game by using this engine. Maybe I am even going to develop the same game with both engines and compare the effort and performance afterwards. Is there someone interested in the results?
Finally, my dream is to develop a 3D multiplayer strategy game similar (but of course not of the same quality) to C&C Generals or StarCraft as I do really like those games and have some cool new ideas for this genre. Although my skills are really not sufficient until now, I am already putting some parts together in my mind. That's why I am following the development of the PlayCanvas engine, which seems quite powerful to me. But until today I did not find any complex game as a showcase, so I am not sure whether it is already the right time to develop a serious game with it. Maybe I will start a discussion on this in a later post.
I am glad to be here and looking forward to follow your posts.
