Binary Moon 17 Report post Posted February 27, 2013 Hi - I want to create a list of all the game portals that accept HTML5 games. Currently the only big site I am aware of is games.com - but I am sure there must be others? I'll update this post as people mention them (and as I find them) so that everything is in a single place. 'Traditional' Flash Portalshttp://Games.comhttp://www.kongregate.com/html5-gameshttp://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1321541m.roundgames.comm.clickjogos.uol.com.brm.jeux.comHTML5 Exclusive sitesHTML5games.comClay.ioplayzap.netwww.kanogames.comHTML5 Distribution Websites/ Serviceswww.spreadmygame.commarketjs.com 4 totor, BlackOpzFX, EvaFatal and 1 other reacted to this
remvst 84 Report post Posted February 27, 2013 You mean sponsors, right ? Because there are also "free" portals like HTML5games.com/net/de, and probably many others. But their purpose is only to share the games.
austin 29 Report post Posted February 27, 2013 Clay.io A few of the major traditionally Flash portals accept them, but don't really feature them. http://www.kongregate.com/html5-gameshttp://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1321541

Binary Moon 17 Report post Posted March 3, 2013 Thanks for the list so far I am referring to large sites that traditionally publish flash games and now support html5 - but any html5 portals would be good. I've added the sites mentioned above to the list at the start of the thread. ElleChen - I'm not currently looking to sell anything. Just interested in building a resource for the future. haterade 1 Report post Posted April 1, 2013 Kano Games is a portal that publishes HTML5 games, it also has a mobile friendly version when hit from a mobile device, check it out! http://www.kanogames.com/ Kano Games actually uses some aspects of HTML5 such as pushState to update the sites URL when navigating pages, so not only are we HTML5 friendly we also used it to build the site. Send in your games through the contact link that can be found in the footer of the site. 1 splashshadow reacted to this
