  1. Hi there. Thanks a lot for stopping by. We are working on the online football management game and looking for a game developer who could help us to develop the live match simulation with babylonjs or threejs or any other similar 3d game engine with WebGL support. You will be working closely with the back-end developer on live match simulation based on the generated data you will get from the database (player skills, team skills, weather and other factors). We offer you a revenue share. If you are interested in the project, you can read the overview here: http://totalmanager.ziyafenn.com Get in touch with me if you are interested or have any questions. Thanks in advance!

  3. Hi every body, This is a little personnal project that i wish to see grow faster. Based on librairy babylonJS. Let's see the idea: - solo player * closed map, cross the map on time. * Bonus on the map allow player to protect, attack, destroy, ruin and cheat =) * Enemies (with random/programmed behaviours) / connected players * THE GOAL : go through the map ALIVE =) Basis are simple for now, * a map 20x20 * maze map * caracter (sphere now) * move with colisions and mobile orientation detection I miss a lot pieces for my puzzle, but with advices, voluntarism, and a lot of fun this project will shape up quickly. This is some guidelines... Graphical side : * caracter / enemy funny and simple * design of scene * will come effect and object state Developpement side : * Review, control, advice about game engine with babylonJS that already exists. * set a visual debugger context with informations of meshes / actions / performance in 3D scene. * set a mechanic to record some behaviours and attach it to enemy. * when the basis of project will be clear and stable, serveur side is waiting for us =) Player side : * Research of cool way of gaming, use it with different type of device * Idea and brainware are welcome My side : * i engage myself to watch, control, and attach your commit to the project quickly You can found the project at : http://github.com/chepchepcirkus/loonyball Fork it, update it, and send me a pull request. When updates are validated, the new version will be visible at DEMO http://chepchepcirkus.github.io From review code to flash of inspirations, any contributions will be a big step. The project and the idea are not totally defined, feel free to suggest (especially the wired and crazy one) Let's have fun =)
  4. So my project has grown with a team now. So far we have two sfx/bgm guys and three, including myself, developers. We now need a 3d modeler/animator to really kick things off as well as a prefab designer. Below are what we need as far as the roles. 3D Artist, many slots opened You will need to be able to design 3d models, properly skin them, and animate them. The good thing is we need LOW RES models so things do not have to be perfect and you do not have to be a fabulous designer. We will turn the 3d assets into 2d sprite sheets similar to how the original Diablo and Fallout series. This is an example of what I am looking for while its a little over pixelated you get the idea. We need both characters as well as objects designed so even if you can not do character animations, we still need a lot of assets done which include: structures, furniture, in-game items, and more. Prefab Designer, 2 slots We need a couple people who are good at layout design. Someone who can design prefabricated structures and such that can be placed in the game as buildings and various points of interest. You will design these prefabs with randomization in mind whereas not everything is 100% static in mind. With the prefab, each place will have a layout with spawners that have a spawn chance to spawn an object from a group so each prefab should not be the same as another. You will be responsible for building the prefabs, as well as setting up the groups. We need some help. The game is still early development while there are a lot of factors for the game that is coming together to really push the game forward. We also do have a lot of the team collaboration already set up to work together. I also am not just the Project lead. I am the lead developer for this project. I do not ask for a lot of time spent on this project but rather whatever someone can help with. For more details.... facebook.com/aftereffectthegame
  5. Hi there, I work at Gamevy, a company that is bringing Television Gameshows to market. We're the recent winners of best startup at the ICE Conference (See here for announcement: https://www.gamcrowd.com/press/gamevy-claims-pitch-ice-crown-with-32-of-vote). Since winning the competition, we've seen significant interest in our products and we're looking to expand. We've got some ideas that we've worked up internally which we really want to progress, but with all the demand we're seeing elsewhere we don't have the capacity. I'd really like to speak with companies that have experience in delivering games, preferably in the real money space, who offer development services. I'm on LinkedIn here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danrough please connect and message me there. Thanks, Dan.
  6. I have been in web development for since 2010. I used custom PHP and PHP MVC frameworks. I also do front end development with javascript and am now dabbling in server management. I am starting to look at chef and after building my own servers for hosting my websites I will be learning golang. If your curious on what stack I plan on doing it is centos -> ngingx reverse proxy -> varnish -> nginx -> php fpm -> mysql. My framework of choice is silex. I have been interested in game development for a while and have done a few small arcade styles games in pure javascript with the canvas. I am now building some games with limejs that I will be releasing on the WiiU later this year if everything goes as planned. I would really love to volunteer some time on the weekends with a HTML5 team to get more experience and guidance in game development. Anyone need a extra developer?
