  1. I want to present you an online coding platform that helps beginners learn JavaScript, and in the same time offers creative individuals an easy environment to build mini JavaScript games with multi-scenes, sprites and nice backgrounds: www.codeguppy.com Kids in the 80's used their home computers (Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, etc.) as ideal platforms for learning computing concepts and coding. CodeGuppy.com tries to recreate the same experience by offering multiple coding tutorials on top of an online coding platform ideal for developing mini games. Please take a look and share you feedback! 😉
  2. Hi, We are developing a platform to teach children a foreign language using animation, activities and games. Our first MVP was built using Unity WebGL for the games and now we're looking to go the HTML5+js route. The first set of games have been pretty simple - ranging from simple interactive click/audio to learn words to tracing an outline to form letters. Now we need to take things up a notch as we move onto Level 2 and above. The intention is to have a gaming element that goes with each of the animations/videos we producing, which is about 50 per level. Obviously many of the game (mechanics) will be scripted and re-used with different assets (which we will be creating as part of the animation process). What we're looking for is a developer to work with us initially here in Dubai for a month or so to help develop a framework for out games going forward (scoring, rewards, libs, etc), convert the Unity games to native and plan/start the next set of games going forwards. Then remote working after that would be a viable option. We're not extremely opinionated on which platform, but we're been impressed with PIXI and Phaser so far - everything is 2D today but that's not to say we won't be introducing 3D in the future, along with AR content for things like card games etc. Please PM if you would be interested Thanks Davie
  3. This is my new html5 game.. please play and give feedback http://www.gelbold.com/game/robo-rumble-1
  4. Earlier this year, I gave out pieces of paper to friends and children of friends with a jagged outline on them with the instruction to color it in and send it back to me. I received 7 colored shapes. Little did they know, that they were actually coloring Easter eggs for a little game I was making. Now, just in time for Easter it's finished and I thought I would also share it with you guys. Play it here if you like: http://jppresents.net/static/egghunt (see below for instructions) It's written in js using only babylon.js as a library. I did the modelling and levels in blender. I hope you enjoy it, I had fun making it! Thanks to everyone making, maintaining and improving babylon.js Here are the instructions and tips for playing the game: In the main menu start by clicking on a level button. You can only go to levels that you have reached. Start with level one. As long as you hover over a level button, you can see the best time and most eggs collected for the level (only shows your scores & times). (Warning: You can only get a better time if you collect the same amount of eggs or more) cursor left = bunny hops left cursor right = bunny hops right space or cursor up = bunny jumps (press longer to go higher) cursor down = crouch and wiggle your tail tips & tricks: Jumping while crouching results in a high back flip. Jumping three times while maintaining speed results in a high forward flip. Pushing into the direction of a box while falling makes you slide along the box, you can now wall jump.

  9. Hello everyone! The Spritted team has realized that there is a big lack of HTML5 games for the little ones at home, and that’s why we have created kidmons.com. We have used Phaser for the video game development because of its great efficiency on mobile devices, which is perfect for your kids to have fun and learn with your tablet. Selfie Stickers Let your craziest creativity flow with Selfie Stickers. In this game you can upload a photo or choose one of the default photos. Once you have made your choice you will be able to decorate the face with the funniest and more ridiculous stickers ever. And once your masterpiece is done you can download it or print it and show off your creative skills with your friends. Put some stickers here. Tiny Sketch Release your inner artist! Grab your paint brush, crayon or whatever other painting tool you wish to choose and let your creativity fly away. It works perfectly on any device, but if you try it on your tablet you will feel just as if you were Da Vinci. Do some sketches here. Puzzle Safari Take a walk through Nature’s most impressive landscapes and learn how these cool animals are called. The first levels have less puzzle pieces, but as you progress it gets more complicated. Bring some order in here. Coloring Game Painting and coloring blank drawings is the best way to let your son’s creativity flow. A green cat? Why not? Color your cat here.

  11. The story began when my very old game got Greenlit 3 years after submission and I've decided to make a HQ remake. «Fly, Glowfly!» is an unusual logic game – a combination of the level editor, arcade game and labyrinth. Your goal is to help Glowfly to collect all bonuses on the level and reach the finish by placing different blocks on its way. In the beginning this game will resemble some puzzle, but next levels are almost hardcore - you need good reaction to win! Lots of different mechanisms, work of which is required for completing levels, makes the game addictive, different and sometimes even hardcore! Right now there are demos for Windows, Android and WebGL (the last one is not optimizet for mobiles yet!): WebGL Windows Android Video: Screens: Any feedback is highly apperciated P.S.: Although this is HTML5 games forum and I have HTML5 fully functional (beside some GFX) demo, for best experience check out Windows one.

  21. * update 18/11: fixed audio bug in newer versions of Chrome that would break the game * Hey all, A couple of years ago, we (Pure Communication) made the Kaatje website: a Flash website for little kids that is linked to a live-action TV show. Now we just finished the tablet friendly HTML version, using Pixi.js! You can check it out here: Kaatje - Click here to play Here are some screenshots: [ Homescreen, with links to 4 games on top. More games will be added in the near future! ] [ Shoot those balloons, but don't shoot Eendje (Ducky)! ] [ Kaatje at the farm. Click around to discover! ] [ Reach the finish before time runs out! Avoid obstacles by clicking the red arrows, or by swiping left or right. ] [ Get those stubborn sheep in their pen! ] Our biggest problem was getting sound to work OK on most devices. In the end we used a mix of Web Audio API calls and a fallback using SoundManager 2. We'd like to thank the guys at Goodboy for their awesome Pixi.js framework and their support on Github!
